    Admission / Visa Application

After the final interview is completed, the university will make the final admission decision. Typically, the results are announced within a few days and communicated to the examination committee, and the official 'cceptance Letter'will be sent to the student.

Upon receiving the 'cceptance Letter,'the student will be required to make payment for the admission fee and a portion of the tuition fees as part of the enrollment process. This payment should be transferred to the university's designated account from abroad. Once the university confirms receipt of the payment, an 'dmission Permit'will be issued. With this 'Admission Permit,' the student can proceed to apply for a 'Certificate of Eligibility' with the Immigration Services Agency of Japan.

Typically, the student will need to submit documents such as the 'High School Graduation Certificate,' 'High School Transcript,' 'Family Register,' 'Financial Support Statement,' 'Proof of Financial Supporter's Bank Balance,' and 'Proof of Financial Supporter's Income.' After ensuring that all required documents are complete and there are no discrepancies in the application form, the documents are submitted to the Immigration Services Agency of Japan. The 'Certificate of Eligibility' is usually issued within about two months.

With the 'Certificate of Eligibility,' the student can then proceed to apply for a formal 'Student Visa' at the nearest Japanese embassy or consulate abroad. After a few weeks, the student visa will be issued, and the student will be able to travel to Japan officially.
